Ashleigh Monaco

Founder, Chief Creative Officer

Ashleigh Monaco is the Founder & Chief Creative Officer at Altered Narrative. She champions the belief that successful change begins with a compelling narrative—one that inspires and motivates individuals and organizations alike. ​ With over a decade of experience in talent strategy, organizational development, human capital development, and change management, Ashleigh brings a rare blend of strategic insight and emotional intelligence to her work, championing human-centric transformations. Ashleigh is not just another consultant—she is a rare breed of leader who recognizes that the heartbeat of every organization is its people. For her, organizational change is not merely about shifting processes or strategies; it’s about transforming lives. She doesn’t just focus on outcomes—she focuses on the people who make those outcomes possible. BACKGROUND Before founding Altered Narrative, Ashleigh worked for esteemed organizations such as the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Convatec, and Carecentrix. She led large-scale initiatives, ranging from talent acquisition & development programs to comprehensive organizational change efforts, effectively guiding teams through every phase of the change management lifecycle—from inception to execution. Most recently, at Feed Learning, she managed change management and talent development initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. She assessed organizational readiness, facilitated focus groups, analyzed survey data, developed standardized operating procedures (SOPs), designed career development frameworks and competency libraries, and developed a comprehensive suite of change collateral—including internal and external communications, FAQs, newsletters, talking points, technical guides, and interactive training materials. Her previous experience at the University of Pennsylvania Health System further highlights her expertise, where she managed large-scale talent and organizational initiatives, led clinical implementation programs, and developed communication materials for system-wide transitions. But Ashleigh’s influence extends beyond the organizational level. She’s a mentor, a coach, and an advocate for personal growth, both within and outside the workplace. She has a remarkable talent for making people feel seen and valued, and her extensive understanding of human behavior allows her to create environments where innovation flourishes and people are inspired to give their best. Whether she’s leading high-pressure projects or supporting individuals through their own professional transformations, Ashleigh’s calm, insightful leadership sets her apart in a league of her own.
